Ok, technically speaking, the In The Wild crew weren't underwater, but a bunch of other stuff was. We've been on another trip south to the Charleston, SC, area. It's always a fun time, and on this occasion we took the opportunity to check out the South Carolina Aquarium in downtown Charleston. There were some cool creatures and some cool pictures as a result. Let's dive straight into it...
So, the first thing we encountered was a Bald Eagle - somewhat of a surprise, but I guess they're showcasing what eats the aquatic life, too. The little turtle lived just a few feet away from the eagle.
Of course there were a bunch of different fish - this is just one of them.
And then I came across this little guy, just peeking over the surface.
To put him into perspective, here's the below water and from above shots.
A few snakes that eat frogs and fish? A Copperhead, Diamondback and Eastern Rattlesnake.
And then we turned the corner and found the main huge tank - quite impressive.
Just next door, some jellyfish.
They have an outdoor section too, with a few birds and this pelican that caught our eye.
And here's an angle you don't often see.
And just as we were leaving, we spotted this guy and his big ol' lips!
